Flutter SDK インストール

1. sdkダウンロード
2. unzipで解凍
   1. ユーザーホームディレクトリ/opt/flutter
3. .bash_profile にPATH登録

4. flutter doctor コマンドで必要な作業のチェックとヘルプ
